Shipping & Delivery

At Sander Ranch Designs, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items so they arrive safely at your door.

• Processing Time Each order is packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We always aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

• Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Please note that carrier delays are outside our control.

• Local Pickup (If you want this) Local pickup in Ridge Spring, SC is available. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

• Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way home.

• Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are unable to replace or refund it. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier for assistance.

• Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
