Our Return Promise

At Sander Ranch Designs, we want you to feel delighted with every piece you bring into your home. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Item Condition: Because we are a small boutique, returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

• Items We Cannot Accept Back:

  • Seasonal décor

  • Holiday merchandise

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Food or consumables

  • Gift cards

• Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless we made an error.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can take care of it quickly.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• Exchanges: Need a different item? Just start a return and place a new order.
